Remove stress and depression from mind


An average person thoughts run at 1000 words per minute but you know out of those 1000 words 75% of our thoughts are negative and only 25% are positive So you can think why a person carry so much stress and depression.
First we have to find out What's the difference between stress and depression.
STRESS:-stress is response to any event which is perceived to alter or threaten our well being the experience of stress is a thought process.
How we view the events of our life is subjective and will influence its effect.Let us take an example:-going on a date is exciting for some and terrifying for others.in both instances there is cognitive and emotional tension that can be met by stress response.
DEPRESSION:-it's a disorder of mood.it involves verying levels of sadness and despair and a loss of interest in previous source of pleasure.
Depression is a very painful thing to deal with it doesn't harm you physically but emotionally and socially it break you.it cab be expereinced for brief periods of time,or it can be an ongoing mental illness.
So now you know the difference between stress and depression but still the question is how to remove it.so folks here are some steps which you can use to deal with stress and depression.
The first and very basic step is live one day at a time.yes you heard me right treat each day as your last.live your life day-to-day.remove your thoughts on your situation.Focus on your present and leave the future on present because the present will make your future.so live each day of your life.
Try to avoid those things which gives you stress for a while.Don't do such things which you don't like nut still still want to do because it will create lot's and lot's of stress in your mind so try to avoid it for a while.
Take care of your relationships.relationship is very important in stress life.nurturing your relationship is probably the best step on how to remove stress from your life.Try to spend some time with your loved ones.don't give too much importance to you work and money.well what will you do with your work and money if you don't have your loved ones so try to spend some time with them.
Look for solutions:have you ever wondered what is giving you stress.Try writing down those things which give's you stress and also write down possible solution for it and consequences in case you can't fid any solution for it.Try to solve your problem everyday because doing so can give a sense of control.
Try on a yoga retreat.People think that yoga is just another fad in there attempt in removing stress but it's not.Actually it's one of the best stress relief tips.yoga helps you to control your mind and it calms down the nerves of our brain and remove the stress.
Take the time to know where the anxiety or the worry is coming out.if you understand it then you will be able to respond and not just react an effective way to remove the feeling of overwhelmed.
Now it's time to deal with depression so try these steps if you are dealing with depression.
Depression can be seen in any individual of any age no matter whether it's a child or adult.so if you are going through this so try this:-
Try to to share your feelings with others or a closed one.tell them how you are feelings or whta you are going through.but if you don;t feel sharing it with family or any friend then try to join some support group or seek counseling.
Try to take part in fun activities.Play with children at home or wherever you like it depends on you but try out something which you like doing you know something new and just enjoy it.
Talk to health professional and be honest with them.
Avoid drugs,alcohol if you do if not then doesn't matter.
Try to maintain a healthy diet.avoid food with large amount of caffeine or sugar.caffeine release stress hormones and sugar creates false highs an low's in emotions.
